Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Contact potential/existing customers for sales, surveys, or follow-ups.
Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
Information Provider: Explain products/services, benefits, and pricing.
Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and maintain positive customer relations.
Data Entry: Accurately record call details, customer info, and feedback in a CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales goals
