Asco Motors is looking for a Service Call Reminder Executive responsible for contacting existing customers to remind them about upcoming vehicle service schedules, follow-ups, and feedback collection to ensure customer satisfaction and service retention.
Make outbound calls to existing customers for service due reminders
Inform customers about periodic services, free services, and paid services
Schedule service appointments as per customer availability
Update call details, customer responses, and appointment status in CRM/Google Sheet
Follow up with missed or rescheduled appointments
Handle basic customer queries related to service
Ensure minimum daily calling and connection targets
Maintain polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in telecalling / service reminder / customer support is an advantage
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic knowledge of CRM or calling systems
Ability to meet daily call and follow-up targets
