We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Agarwal Packers and Movers. The Telecaller will play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and helping individuals and businesses with their relocation needs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers (individuals, families, and businesses) to promote Agarwal Packers and Movers' relocation, packing, and storage services.

• Product Knowledge: Explain the company's range of services, including household and office shifting, vehicle transportation, storage facilities, and packing services.

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for relocation and moving services by connecting with prospective clients.

• Customer Queries: Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding pricing, service features, and delivery schedules.

• Follow-Up: Follow up with existing leads to ensure conversion and keep customers informed about our offerings and promotions.

• Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and service bookings in the CRM system.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and services booked.
