Position Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product features and benefits.

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and provide accurate information.

• Maintain call logs, sales records, and report progress to the sales manager.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.

• Fluency in English and local language preferred.

Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).

• Prior telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
