Showroom Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Owned Car Sales Manager / Showroom Manager to join our client’s automotive team.

📍 Preferred Area: Kandivali to Bhayandar

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years (Automotive / Pre-Owned Car Sales)

🕚 Timings: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM

🗓️ Week Off: Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

🚘 Customer Engagement & Sales Process – Greet, assist, and guide customers through the pre-owned car buying journey.

📈 Deal Closing – Maintain a strong sales pipeline, negotiate effectively, and achieve monthly targets.

🧾 Reporting & CRM – Track leads, maintain records, and drive business development.

🏢 Showroom & Staff Management – Ensure professional presentation, staff motivation, and customer satisfaction.

💳 Finance, Insurance & RTO Handling – Support customers with finance, insurance, and registration processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Proven experience in automotive / pre-owned car sales

✅ Strong customer service and communication skills

✅ Knowledge of vehicle inspection, finance, insurance, and RTO procedures

✅ Leadership & team management skills

✅ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

✅ Valid driving license
