Key Responsibilities (A to Z)
1. Answer Enquiries – Handle customer queries coming from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, company website, and other platforms.
2. Build Database – Maintain and update customer contact lists.
3. Call Customers – Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
4. Daily Follow-up – Follow up with leads regularly until closure.
5. Explain Products – Clearly describe product features, benefits, and pricing.
6. Fix Meetings – Schedule meetings/appointments for field sales teams.
7. Generate Sales – Convert leads into confirmed orders.
8. Handle Objections – Resolve doubts and objections from customers politely.
9. Increase Leads – Actively search and collect new leads from online portals.
10. Join CRM/ERP – Record all calls, leads, and follow-ups in software.
11. Keep Records – Maintain call logs, enquiry details, and sales reports.
12. Lead Nurturing – Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
13. Meet Targets – Achieve monthly and yearly telesales goals.
14. Negotiate – Discuss pricing and terms as per company policies.
15. Online Portals Handling – Manage leads, chat, and responses on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, website forms, social media, etc.
16. Promote Offers – Inform customers about discounts, promotions, or new launches.
17. Quick Response – Respond to customer queries within given timelines.
18. Reporting – Share daily/weekly sales and enquiry reports with management.
19. Sales Conversion – Focus on converting maximum enquiries into sales.
20. Team Coordination – Work with field sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
21. Upselling & Cross-selling – Suggest related products/services to increase sales value.
22. Voice & Communication – Maintain professional, polite, and clear communication on calls.
23. Website Leads – Track and handle all incoming enquiries from the company website.
24. X-Factor (Extra Efforts) – Go the extra mile to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
25. Yearly Growth – Contribute to company’s yearly sales growth through telesales.
26. Zero Lead Loss – Ensure no enquiry is left unanswered or unattended.

Qualifications
Graduate (any stream) – preferred with sales/marketing background.
1–3 years’ telesales/telecalling experience (IndiaMART/TradeIndia experience is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
