We are looking for a senior process associate (telesales) to join our team at nexacode pvt ltd. with proven experience in B2B sales for website development, design, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote and sell website development, design, and digital marketing services.

• Identify business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead databases.

• Understand clients’ business needs and provide suitable service recommendations.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in telecalling / inside sales / business development, particularly in IT services or digital marketing agencies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English (and other regional languages if relevant).

• Strong understanding of website design, SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising services.
