Senior Sales Officer

Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years in insurance sales (Life/General/Health)

• Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers for various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Conduct need-based selling by understanding customer requirements

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients

  • Provide after-sales support and service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

• Channel Management (if applicable):

  • Work with banking or channel partners for business generation (for Direct or agency models)

  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and customer servicing
