(1) Designation - Senior sales officer

(2) Experience - 3+ years to 6 years above

(3) Sector - FMCG – Grocery / Kirana Product

(4) Work - Distributor & wholesalers network Buildup

(5) Mandatory – Any Car (In 6 Month)

Interview 2 Round में होगा

(1) 1st Round Telephonic/Google meet

(2) 2nd Round Face to Face

Joining Process

(1) Job Join करनेके बाद आपको 1st Distributor बनाना होगा उसके बाद आपको Agreement Offer Letter ददया जाएगा |

(2) 1st Month में4 Distributor, और 3rd Month में12 दजसमे4 Wholesaler हो अगर 1st Month में4 Distributor नह ींबनेतो 1st Month का Target और 2nd Month का Target दोनोीं 2nd Month पर करना होगा |

(3) 50% Target होनेपर ह Salary दमलेग Next Month के Target केदहसाब सेपूरा करने पर देद जाएग और 3 Month तक टारगेट पूरा न होनेपर Company आपको दनकल देग |

(4) 3 Month मेंTarget Complete होनेपर Conformation Letter दमलेगा और दिर से Salary बढ़ाई जाएग |

(5) 1st Month काम करनेके बाद Travels Allowance दमल जाएगा और 3 Month काम करनेके बाद PF, ESIC, Hotel Allowance, TA/DA etc.
