The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team by managing administrative tasks, preparing quotations and proposals, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, operations, and accounts departments. The role is essential in maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and order confirmations to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) for timely order execution.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Assist in preparing tenders, pricing sheets, and supporting documents.
Follow up on pending payments and deliveries with clients and internal teams.
Generate sales reports and support management in sales analysis.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
