We are seeking a dynamic Business development Executive to support and manage our network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) engaged in mutual fund & other wealth distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow, resolving service issues, and delivering tech-enabled support to enhance partner experience and thus ensuring business outcomes by activating our existing DSA’s.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary Relationship Manager for DSAs distributing mutual funds.
• Provide tech-enabled assistance for transaction processing, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
• Proactively resolve service-related queries to ensure uninterrupted DSA operations.
• Conduct training sessions for DSAs on digital tools, mutual fund platforms, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinating & activating DSA’s and lesioning with internal teams to handle escalations and provide timely updates.
• Monitor DSA performance and deliver data-driven insights to help improve productivity and mutual fund or wealth business of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mutual fund operations, client servicing, or financial product distribution.
OR
Fresher, Graduated from BBI stream
• Solid understanding of mutual fund processes, platforms, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM platforms, and reporting systems.
