Position Overview:
A Mobile Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling mobile phones, accessories, and related services to customers. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and increasing brand visibility within retail outlets or promotional events.
Promote and Sell Products:
Actively promote mobile phones, accessories, and service plans to customers in retail stores or kiosks.
Customer Engagement:
Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Product Demonstrations:
Provide hands-on demonstrations of mobile devices, features, and specifications.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by the company or brand.
Brand Awareness:
Maintain product displays, promotional materials, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Market Feedback:
Collect customer feedback, monitor competitor activities, and report insights to supervisors.
Stock Management:
Track inventory, manage product availability, and coordinate stock replenishment.
Customer Support:
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, warranty information, and after-sales service.
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the sales team or manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales or retail experience (preferably in mobile or electronics)
Basic knowledge of smartphones and technology
Persuasive selling abilities
Customer service–oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Work Environment:
Retail stores, mobile shops, malls, or promotional events
May require standing for long periods
