Experience: 2+ years experience in Real Estate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.
Build long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty.
Assist in preparing sales reports and supporting documentation.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (English & Gujarati preferred).
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Time management and ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales & Team Handling (Real Estate preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the customer base and explore new markets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and guide sales executives. Monitor daily performance and coach team members.
Client Relationship: Build long-term client connections by providing tailored property solutions.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare monthly and yearly sales forecasts, analyze data, and generate insights.
Sales Tools & Support: Develop scripts, refine sales techniques, and ensure the team is equipped with resources.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage teams.
Excellent communication skills (English & Gujarati).
Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and presentations.
