1. Telus SMB – Outbound Sales Representative (B2B)
Location : Noida
Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/web, LPOS, and revenue assurance for sales, order entry, and loyalty/retention.
• Perform outbound calls to new and existing B2B customers, offering telecom products/services.
• Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending suitable products.
• Use solution-based selling techniques to address objections through active listening and probing.
• Navigate multiple systems/tools simultaneously while interacting with customers.
• Process customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and share best practices.
Required Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: UG/Graduate/Post Graduate (any discipline).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Outbound Sales (B2C acceptable).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week offs.
