Key Tasks:
- Coordinate order processing, invoicing, payment follow-up
- Track shipments & resolve customer queries (phone/ email/WhatsApp)
- Maintain CRM & MIS; generate daily/weekly sales reports
- Assist bidding/tender support & sales team coordination
- Liaise with logistics, finance, marketing teams
Must-Haves:
- Good communication (English + local language)
- Basic Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot) & MS Office
- Ability to handle pressure & multitask
