📢 Job Opening: Sales Officer – SBL Products

We are hiring Sales Officers to promote and sell SBL (Secured Business Loan) products. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in sales within the banking/NBFC sector.

🔹 Role & Responsibilities

• Meet customers directly to promote and sell SBL products.

• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads.

• Collect, verify, and process customer documents (KYC, income, and vehicle-related).

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely approvals and loan disbursements.

• Ensure strict adherence to internal credit and compliance policies.

• Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursement targets.

• Provide end-to-end support to customers throughout the loan process.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation (10 + 2 + 3)

• Experience: 0–2 years in SBL, sales, Micro-LAP, or customer service
  (Banking/NBFC experience preferred)

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Target-oriented mindset with sales focus

🔹 Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹3.30 LPA

• Incentives: Up to ₹90,000 per month (performance-based)

🔹 Age & Language

• Age: 18–30 years

• Languages: English & Tamil (Mandatory)
