Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Community & Partnership Development

   • Identify and connect with local daycares, preschools, and tuition centers for tie-ups and referrals.

   • Build relationships with resident welfare associations (RWAs) and gated community managements for events and promotions.

   • Coordinate with local clinics, shops, and businesses for placing school marketing materials (pamphlets, standees, No Parking boards).

2. Brand Awareness & Event Coordination

   • Plan and execute local community events, kiosks, and parent interaction programs.

   • Ensure brand visibility through participation in local exhibitions, fairs, and kids’ activity events.

   • Support creative planning for banners, posters, and branding ideas to attract attention in the area.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support

   • Work closely with the Admission Manager to identify new lead sources.

   • Maintain a database of leads collected through local tie-ups, kiosks, and community engagements.

   • Follow up with interested parents and coordinate school visits for counsellors.

4. Field Coordination & Supervision

   • Plan daily field routes and assign targets to field marketing executives.

   • Monitor distribution of pamphlets, kiosk activities, and report performance.

   • Ensure timely completion of assigned marketing activities within the set radius.

5. Competitor Analysis & Market Study

   • Visit nearby schools to understand their fee structure, promotions, and public presence.

   • Provide weekly insights and improvement suggestions to strengthen Vignan’s local strategy.

6. Reporting & Documentation

   • Maintain a daily Excel report showing area visited, contact made, and outcomes.

   • Share a weekly summary report with photos and data to the Admission Manager.

   • Track lead quality and share feedback for future planning.

7. Communication & Representation

   • Represent the school professionally in all external interactions.

   • Maintain polite and positive communication with parents, vendors, and community members.
