Key Responsibilities :
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients
Promote the laboratory’s analytical, microbiological, chemical, and nutritional testing services.
Generate leads through market research, field visits, and networking with potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM or reports.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to represent the organization.
Approach customers proactively to confirm whether analytical reports are being received on time.
Gather customer feedback on report quality, turnaround time, and overall service experience.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of food testing parameters and industry standards (FSSAI, NABL, ISO, etc.) preferred.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a result-driven approach.
Good presentation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
