Job Title: - Sr Sales Executive - Automation Products
Role & Responsibilities:-
1. Inbound & Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our range of automation products and explaining the value they bring to businesses.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our automation products, staying up-to-date on features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate this knowledge to potential customers to address their needs and pain points.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
4. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information to position our automation products as the preferred solution.
5. Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our automation products. Customize presentations based on the specific needs of the customer.
6. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, closing deals, and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
7. CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Use CRM data to track progress, analyze trends, and optimize sales strategies.
