The Inside Sales Representative will manage end-to-end tender processes, build strong relationships within Government and Defence sectors, and ensure accurate and timely submission of tender documents.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Research & Submission
Identify relevant tenders and RFPs across Government, Railways, and Armed Forces.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents as per specifications and deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial inputs.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for tender-related inquiries.
Maintain strong relationships with government departments and officials.
Bid Strategy & Coordination
Analyse tender requirements and prepare competitive bids.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and commercial compliance.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with government guidelines and procurement rules.
Maintain organised records of tenders, contracts, and customer interactions.
Market Research & Tracking
Track tender status, communicate with stakeholders, and obtain updates.
Support contract negotiation and final award processes.
