Job Title: Sales Executive (Deposits)Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new members/customers for Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Daily Deposits, and Savings products.Promote society’s schemes in the local community through door-to-door visits, fieldwork, and events.Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospective clients.Collect required KYC documents and assist customers with application form filling.Maintain strong relationships with existing members to cross-sell or up-sell products.Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets set by management.Support in the collection of overdue payments when required.Provide financial literacy guidance to members.Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales leads, conversions, and collections.Conduct cold calls, corporate visits, roadshows, and digital outreach to generate leads.Skills & RequirementsStrong field sales and community outreach ability.Knowledge of the local area with a willingness to travel extensively.Basic understanding of cooperative banking products.Good communication skills in Telugu/Hindi/English.Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduation preferred.Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
