Roles & Responsibility
Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close.
Identifying and qualifying potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Acquire new Clients B2B or B2C across all Communication channels – SMS, WhatsApp, RCS , Email Marketing.
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
•Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing data-driven insights and coaching to improve individual and team results.
