Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain product specifications, grades, and applications to industrial clients
Generate enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders
Perform regular follow-ups with customers to close sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable welding solutions
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Proven experience in sales calling / tele-sales
Good convincing, and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Female candidates only
Graduate
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales calling is mandatory
Experience in B2B sales will be preferred
