Identify and develop new buyers / customers (local or export market)
Promote garment products such as knitwear, woven, denim, or fashion wear
Achieve sales targets in terms of volume and value
Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers
Handle buyer inquiries regarding styles, pricing, MOQ, and lead time
Follow up on quotations, sampling, and order confirmations
Receive and process purchase orders
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and planning teams for order execution
Ensure order details (specs, delivery dates, quantities) are clearly communicated
Prepare cost sheets and price quotations
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with buyers
Ensure profitability while meeting buyer expectations
Monitor fashion trends, buyer demand, and competitor activity
Provide feedback to design and merchandising teams
Suggest new product ideas based on market needs
Coordinate sampling and approvals with buyers
