We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to support our team. In this role, you will drive outreach, manage interactions with hotels & venues, maintain essential data systems, and create compelling presentations—playing an integral role in nurturing leads and bolstering partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and send targeted emails to prospective clients, particularly hotels, to generate leads.

• Database Management: Maintain and update internal database.

• Presentation Development: Craft engaging PowerPoint presentations to support pitching, client meetings, and internal reporting.

• Administrative Support: Create and manage various documents, proposals, and correspondence using MS Word. Use Excel to maintain Records.

• Collaborative Support: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, track progress, and support campaign execution.
