Franchise Sales Executive – Bharat e-Seva Kendra

Role Summary

Responsible for converting incoming leads from CRM into confirmed franchisees by giving presentations, explaining the model, and closing sales at various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow-up on leads generated in CRM

  • Conduct presentations and demos for prospective franchisees

  • Explain franchise model, investment, services, and income potential

  • Close franchise sales and complete necessary documentation

  • Report daily lead conversion status to manager

KPIs

  • Number of leads contacted per day

  • Number of presentations conducted

  • Franchise conversions per week/month

  • Conversion rate (%) from leads to confirmed franchisees

Requirements

  • 12th / Graduate

  • Experience in sales / field sales / lead conversion preferred

  • Strong communication & presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel locally
