Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide NEET aspirants and their parents about counselling at NEETSupport
Convert leads into enrolments through clear communication and consultative sales
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable NEETSupport programs
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Maintain detailed lead records and update CRM systems regularly
Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets
Coordinate with counsellors and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about the NEET exam process
Ability to understand student concerns and explain NEETSupport offerings effectively
Prior experience in sales, EdTech, or academic counselling preferred
Target-driven approach with consistent follow-up discipline
Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred)
1 years plus of experience in sales, business development, or academic counselling
