Job title - Sales officer - Retail
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our retail team at our Offline Sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, managing distributors and retailers ( Sales and Collection ), preferably in the cosmetics and ayurveda industry, with a focus on products such as soaps, shampoos, Chyawanprash, Isabgol and other ayurvedic products
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and chemist stores to drive sales growth.
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and timely availability at retail outlets.
• Execute sales plans, achieve monthly targets, and ensure smooth collections from the market.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Support branding and promotional activities at retail and chemist stores for better customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, customer requirements, and product performance.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail/distribution sales, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or ayurveda products.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, distributor management, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving li
cense (mandatory).
