We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the sales of TATA genuine spare parts across Sambalpur and surrounding regions. This role focuses exclusively on the TATA brand and involves direct engagement with 4-wheeler retailers, dealers, and workshops to strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell TATA-branded spare parts to an established network of retailers and dealers, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies, providing actionable insights to management.

• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and timely collection of payments.

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate degree or Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical stream preferred).

• Experience: 3 - 7 years in automobile spare parts sales or 4-wheeler field sales.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities; strong market awareness.

• License & Mobility: Valid two-wheeler license with a personal bike is mandatory.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
