Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and market research

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product/service demos

• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Support brand visibility through digital marketing, social media, events, and promotions

• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs

• Coordinate with internal teams for promotional activities and campaigns

• Track and report campaign performance and ROI

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and client records

• Coordinate with operations/accounts teams for order execution and payment follow-ups

• Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in sales and marketing

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Client Connects data and lead generation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements
