- Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other sales documentation.

- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activity in CRM.

- Collaborate with brokers, marketing team, and support staff to promote listings and generate referrals.

- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

- Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1‑2 years experience in real estate sales or related field (fresh graduates with strong sales background considered).

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
