We are urgently seeking for the below position :

🔯 Position : Sales & Marketing Executive (From Steel Industry Only)

🔯 Location : Turbhe, Pawane, MIDC

🔯 Salary : (Based on experience & skills)

🔯 Experience: - 1–10 years in online B2B sales

🔯 Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in any stream

🔯 Age: 25 – 40 years

🔯 Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔅 Manage and convert leads through B2B platforms: India Mart, Trade India, Just Dial, Sulekha etc.

🔅 Generate new business via tele calling, inbound walk-ins, and digital outreach.

🔅 Build strong client relationships and ensure prompt follow-ups.

🔅 Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.

🔅 Co-ordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics communication.

🔅 Promote offers and product information via social media and online channels.

🔅 Maintain customer records, follow-up logs, and sales reports in Excel & CRM.

🔅 Track competitor pricing, trends, and B2B presence for market intelligence.

🔅 Stay updated with new product lines and service developments and also in sheet metal.

🔅 Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.

📌 Key Skills & Competencies

🔅 Prior experience with India Mart, Trade India, Just Dial platforms.

🔅 Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills.

🔅 CRM operation knowledge and proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

🔅 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

🔅 Knowledge of iron, steel, or industrial products preferred.

🔅 Willingness to travel if needed within the assigned region
