Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Set short- and long-term sales goals in alignment with company objectives.
Analyze sales trends and market demands to adjust strategies accordingly.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or executives.
Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
Allocate sales territories and set quotas for team members.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce sales reports for senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
Use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular analysis of customer needs and market trends.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
Participate in pricing strategies and promotional planning.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
