Job Type:

Full-Time | Field & Team Management Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Senior FDOs and FDOs to achieve monthly business targets.

• Drive business growth through effective insurance product sales and team motivation.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with channel partners and clients.

• Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure target achievement.

• Coordinate with the Head Office for reporting and strategy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience (Insurance / BFSI preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle field operations and motivate a large sales team.

• Graduation or above (MBA preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹50,000 per month
