Sales Team Lead
Guide and supervise sales executives to ensure daily sales activities are achieved.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.
Report daily/weekly sales updates to management.
Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 3–7 years).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
Good knowledge of the Noida/Gurgaon real estate market will be an advantage.
