Job Summary

The sales manager will be responsible for driving sales of Max Life Insurance products through the Axis Bank branch network. The role involves building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, ensuring business growth, and delivering exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance business through the Axis Bank branch network.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.

• Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers.

• Conduct product training and awareness sessions for branch staff
