Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage industrial B2B business opportunities
Handle the complete sales process independently – enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and dealers
Lead and guide a small sales team to achieve targets and ensure smooth execution
Coordinate internally for order processing, dispatch, and timely delivery
Ensure payment follow-ups and manage outstanding collections
Maintain accurate customer data, sales records, and MIS reports
Track customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activity
Support product promotion and overall business development initiatives
Required Skills
Proven experience in Industrial B2B sales / business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage and guide a small sales team
Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
4–8 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales / Business Development
Prior experience in team handling is preferred
