Job Description – Sales Manager (Hospitality)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships for hotel, banquet, and F&B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through corporate sales, group bookings, events, and local tie-ups

• Handle sales inquiries, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management

• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners

• Coordinate with operations, front office, and F&B teams for smooth service delivery

• Prepare basic sales reports and follow-up records

• Monitor local market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of hotel, banquet, or event sales

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality / Marketing preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹32,000 – ₹35,000 per month
