We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage a sales team, generate leads, close deals, and ensure revenue targets are achieved while maintaining strong client relationships.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
Handle key client negotiations and close high-value property deals
Generate leads through site visits, channel partners, brokers, and referrals
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and site events
Maintain CRM records and ensure proper follow-ups with prospects
Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales coordination
Proven experience in real estate sales and team handling
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market preferred
Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3–4 years of experience in real estate sales
