We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven leadership skills, excellent business acumen, and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. --- Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. --- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of sales strategies, CRM tools, and forecasting methods. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. --- Preferred Skills Experience in [your industry—e.g., SaaS, retail, manufacturing, FMCG]. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
