Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head Manager to lead and manage the sales operations of our Electric Vehicle (EV) division. The candidate must have strong experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or EV sector, and possess the ability to drive growth, manage teams, and achieve sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire sales team, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase EV product reach and market penetration.

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements to enhance sales performance.

• Conduct regular sales reviews, prepare reports, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and service teams.

• Train and motivate the team for better customer interaction and improved closing rates.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining quality communication and after-sales support.

• Identify new business opportunities and explore potential areas for expansion.
