Conduct market research on food & beverage trends to support site selection.
Assist in documentation, legal formalities, and agreement execution.
Coordinate with design, supply chain, and training teams for store launch.
Maintain strong rapport with existing franchise partners.
Gather feedback to improve support systems and operational efficiency.
Represent Kulhad Rani Café at food expos, franchise fairs, and industry events.
Support marketing campaigns to attract new franchise investors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
4–6 years’ experience in franchise development, preferably in F&B/QSR sector.
Strong understanding of food service operations and ROI analysis.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
