Lead and grow the sales of Kulhad Rani’s earthenware products—including kulhads, katoris, terracotta décor, and bulk custom orders—by developing new markets, building strong distributor/wholesaler relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Sales Strategy & Targets
Create and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans to meet volume and revenue goals.
Identify high-potential markets (hospitality, café chains, event caterers, export buyers).
Channel & Client Management
Develop distributor/wholesaler network for B2B bulk orders.
Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, cafés, and retailers.
Market Development
Conduct market research to track competitor pricing, new product trends, and customer needs.
Recommend product or packaging innovations to the production team.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/representatives.
Set clear KPIs and review performance regularly.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain accurate records in CRM for leads, pipeline, and order status.
Present weekly sales and market intelligence reports to management.
Brand Representation
Represent Kulhad Rani at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Uphold brand values of sustainability, authenticity, and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience in B2B or FMCG/ceramics/earthenware sales.
Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Excellent written & spoken English and Hindi/Marathi.
