Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium real estate projects. The role involves lead generation, tele calling, client engagement, sales closures, and revenue growth while ensuring a seamless home-buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Build & maintain relationships with clients, brokers & channel partners.
Engage with potential home buyers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored property solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and documentation.
Conduct site visits, presentations & negotiations.
Collaborate with marketing team for lead generation & brand visibility.
Stay updated on market trends & competitor analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury/redevelopment.
Strong networking & negotiation skills.
Proven track record of sales success.
