Responsibility
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on growth and market
penetration.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and ensure
client satisfaction.
Possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and their applications, providing technical
support to sales teams and clients.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs and
ensuring satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and
effectiveness.
Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage the sales budget, ensuring that sales activities are aligned with financial goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to ensure smooth
sales processes and client satisfaction.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
