Job Summary A Sales Manager in the lift/elevator industry is responsible for leading sales operations, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting elevators, escalators, and related services. The role involves team leadership, business development, coordination with technical teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to project completion. 3. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for lifts, elevators, and modernization projects. Identify new business opportunities through networking, architects, builders and contractors. Generate leads and convert them into sales orders. Conduct site visits with the technical team to understand client requirements. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in line with client specifications. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Monitor competitor activities and suggest market positioning strategies. Coordinate with project, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth handover of sold projects. Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Prepare regular sales reports and present to managing director. 4. Required Skills Strong knowledge of elevators/lifts industry, products, and standards. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with architects, and contractors and builders. Team leadership and motivation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 7.
