About Us:

We are launching an exclusive township, resort, and club project in the scenic hills of Dhanaulti, Uttarakhand. The project offers a mix of studio apartments and luxury villas designed for premium living and investment. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and sales efforts, generate high-quality leads, and build strong broker and client networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for the township and resort project.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and potential clients.

• Organize and manage site visits, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.

• Track and report all sales activities and conversions regularly.

Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate qualified leads.

• Manage the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to create brand awareness and engagement.

• Develop marketing materials, videos, and campaigns.

• Identify and onboard real estate brokers and agencies across regions.

Customer Engagement & Coordination:

• Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end sales support until closure.

• Maintain proper CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing content, events, and client handling.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, resort/hospitality sales, or property marketing.

• Proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and broker network development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
