Title: Real Estate Manager
Responsibilities
Manage property sales and rentals from initiation to completion, including documentation and transaction oversight.
Assist with buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction process.
Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies and provide relevant property insights.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders in the real estate sector.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and sales terms with buyers and sellers.
Stay updated on industry laws, local regulations, and compliance requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
