We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Eazetronics. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• We work in Low Voltage Domain which includes products like CCTV/Access Control/Time Attendance/Fire Alarms/Epabx etc.

• Identify, Demo and close Lead. All Help in closing Leads will be provided including Training.

• 100% field job and Target Driven

• Hard working and willing to travel in Pune for 5 days preferred. This is a FIELD JOB ONLY

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
