Job Description: Marketing & Sales Executive (Social Media Research & Outreach)

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential clients through social media platforms, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. The candidate should have strong research skills, good communication, and a solid understanding of social media trends.

Post & Job Title:  Head Marketing & Sales

Location:  Delhi NCR (Any Location in India)

Working Hours: 9.30 AM to 1.30 PM

Reporting To:  Director

Responsible For: Sales and Marketing

Salary: INR 4000-5000 Thousand per month

Qualifications & Experience: 10th - 12th Pass/Graduation / Master / MBA in marketing management. Freshers also can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify potential customers/clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, etc.

• Initiate contact with potential clients through messaging, comments, emails, or calls.

• Promote company products/services using social media marketing techniques.

• Maintain client database and update daily lead reports.

• Assist in creating marketing content such as posts, captions, messages, and promotional material.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of major social media platforms.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to research and identify quality leads.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google sheets).

• Prior experience in sales/marketing will be an advantage.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: 10th - 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers may also apply with good social media knowledge).
